Jimmy re-joined ARC in 2024 and leads the Investment Office and chairs the Group Investment Committee.

Outside of ARC he is Chairman of the Government of Jersey Pension Scheme’s Investment Committee.

He previously left ARC to run the global equity funds and international investment management strategies for FirstRand, Africa’s largest financial institution, and prior to that had been a fund manager in Edinburgh.

He oversees strategic asset allocations, investment guidelines, manager selection and ratings. ​
