Compliance Analyst - Guernsey
About the role
This is a full-time position based in our Guernsey office. Candidates must hold a valid Right to Work in Guernsey. As a Compliance Analyst at ARC Group, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting financial crime prevention. You’ll work closely with the Deputy Compliance Officer and contribute to maintaining accurate client records and robust compliance processes.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with compliance reviews and client onboarding
- Conduct screening searches and maintain data integrity
- Support AML and financial crime initiatives
- Help develop procedure manuals and system controls

Requirements
- Experience in compliance within a regulated investment firm
- ICA Certificate in Compliance or willingness to study
- Strong organisational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
