Paul joined ARC in 2021 and now serves as Executive Chairman of ARC UK, with responsibility for the firm’s activities across the UK, USA and Canada. He helps shape the group’s strategic direction, supports senior client relationships and contributes to governance and commercial development across the business. 

Before joining ARC, Paul held senior leadership roles across private banking, asset management and capital markets with international financial institutions, bringing broad experience in strategy, client advisory and growth.
