ARC Group sells reporting division to focus on advisory business

Stephen McMahon
Group Chief Executive Officer

ARC Group confirms the sale of its reporting business to Enhance Group, a Jersey-based independent investment governance specialist, enabling the company to focus more fully on its advisory and consultancy services.
ARC’s reporting business provided independent performance measurement, portfolio reporting and analytics, helping advisers and fiduciary investors monitor outcomes, demonstrate oversight and make informed decisions. ARC has been working closely with Enhance to ensure a smooth transition for all clients.
The sale of the reporting business underpins ARC Group’s strategy to focus on its award-winning advisory and consultancy division, which advises on $25 billion of assets for international families and charities. This move follows last autumn’s sale of ARC Research and the ARC Wealth Indices, the world's largest proprietary dataset of investment outcomes for private investor portfolios, to S&P Dow Jones Indices ('S&P DJI'), a division of S&P Global (NYSE: SPGI).
Stephen McMahon, CEO of ARC Group, says:
“ARC's greatest strength lies in helping clients make investment decisions and in providing independent advice. With the sale of our reporting business, we will focus solely on helping clients worldwide formulate and implement efficient investment strategies across all asset classes. Drawing on our extensive analytical and data experience, we aim to build compelling active and passive investment solutions with our existing providers, providing greater transparency to the private client asset arena.”
