Marketing/Business Development Associate

About the role

This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic team, focusing on digital and social media marketing strategies, whilst supporting the head of the team and senior executives in developing direct client relationships through pitches and presentations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns, targeting specific client segments.
• Manage social media presence and engagement across multiple platforms, ensuring brand consistency.
• Support the creation of marketing materials and pitch presentations for senior executives.
• Collaborate with the team to identify new business opportunities and strategies.
• Aid in organising and coordinating client events (online and in-person) and initiatives.
• Perform market analysis and research to inform strategic planning.

What we’re looking for

• Interest in financial markets and investing.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and social media platforms.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a senior team.
• Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Would likely suit a recent graduate.
