Bookkeeper
We are seeking an experienced bookkeeper to join our finance team and provide support to our Finance Manager. As a bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining our financial records and ensuring accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.
Main Responsibilities
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations
- Recording financial transactions in accounting software and ensuring accuracy of all entries
- Assisting in the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Assisting with budget preparation and monitoring
- Reconciling monthly bank statements and credit card statements
- Providing reception and office administration cover as required

Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of bookkeeping experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Experience working in an office environment
- Hold a valid Guernsey Resident Certificate or Permit, or an Employment Permit (Right to Work Document)
