Due Diligence Questionnaires
It has become common practice for managers to be asked to provide due diligence questionnaires as part of the beauty parade process. However, there is no industry standard. ARC has developed a due diligence questionnaire template that can be used by all bona fide prospective investors free of charge. All that is required is a simple registration process.
Once a user is registered, they can access the latest due diligence questionnaires (DDQ) for their selected manager or managers ensuring that information is kept up to date.
